Liesbet Bickett
provides ART, deep tissue work, sports and Swedish massage, and personal training to a wide range of athletes and non-athletes. She is a certified Active Release provider, certified massage therapist, National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and a Nesta Certified Adventure Boot Camp Coach.

It is the combination of training and soft tissue work that gives Liesbet the most satisfaction, leading to increased performance and core strength, and a decrease in pain. Ironically, these results eventually eliminate the need for Liesbet, which is what she hopes for.

Liesbet, the mother of three, is also an aspiring athlete. Her years of climbing have resulted in a fourth place finish in the 2003 National Climbing Championships. Other activities include cross country skiing, cycling, swimming, hiking and an array of outside adventures.

Liesbet enjoys working with people to create a healthier, more functional body that allows them to better enjoy their lives, families, work and activities. Pain free, flowing movement allows for speed, which is the best way to create time.
