Liesbet Bickett
provides ART, deep tissue work, sports and Swedish massage, and personal training to a wide range of athletes and non-athletes. She is a certified Active Release provider, certified massage therapist, National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and a Nesta Certified Adventure Boot Camp Coach.

It is the combination of training and soft tissue work that gives Liesbet the most satisfaction, leading to increased performance and core strength, and a decrease in pain. Ironically, these results eventually eliminate the need for Liesbet, which is what she hopes for.

Liesbet, the mother of three, is also an aspiring athlete. Her years of climbing have resulted in a fourth place finish in the 2003 National Climbing Championships. Other activities include cross country skiing, cycling, swimming, hiking and an array of outside adventures.

Liesbet enjoys working with people to create a healthier, more functional body that allows them to better enjoy their lives, families, work and activities. Pain free, flowing movement allows for speed, which is the best way to create time.

"You only have one life. If you live it right, one is enough!!!"

Tim BayleyTim Bayley

Tim Bayley is a running specialist.  He currently competes in the half mile and mile events.  He is hoping to represent England at the 2008 Olympics in the 1500 meter event.   Tim was a two time NCAA Division 1 All American in the half mile, and ran a 4:00 mile while getting his masters degree at Iona College in New New York.  Tim holds a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science from Brighton England.

Tim loves everything about running, in his own words, "not just the adrenalin rush of racing but just going out for a run on a woodland trail and feeling free and in-touch with nature."  Tim is adamant about the benefits of running.  He believes it to be one of the easiest ways to achieve weight loss, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and simple physical sense of well-being.  Tim can teach you the skills that will not only allow you to run injury free, but also to really enjoy running!
